Sensory Safari

On Tuesday, we walked to J. Allen Axson to participate in the Sensory Safari. This unique opportunity allowed the students to get up close and personal with many different types of animals. Students were able to "see" the beauty of wildlife through the sense of touch. This field trip goes perfectly with our 3rd grade science standards about animals. A big thank you to the chaperones who braved the hot walk to and from J.A.A!

What was your favorite part of the Sensory Safari?
